Vugar Alakbarov Heydar oglu was born on March 20, 1985 in Nakhchivan. In 1991, he entered the 1st grade of secondary school number 5 named after Huseyn Javid, Nakhchivan city, and graduated from that secondary school in 2002. In 2002, he entered Nakhchivan Private University (NPU) under the current name of "Nakhchivan" University (NU) in the field of philology, majoring in Foreign Language and Literature (English), and graduated from that university in 2006. During his studies at the university, in 2005-2006, he attended a computer course at the Nakhchivan Computer Training-Teaching and Internet Center and received a diploma. In 2007-2013, he worked as an English language teacher in Babek district. Since 2013, he has been working as an Assistant to the Rector at "Nakhchivan" University (NU). While working at the university, in 2013 he completed a course (University Curriculum Development International Accreditations 2013) and received a certificate at Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) located in Gazimagusa, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP).
