Saadat Yashar gizi Akbarova was born on October 23, 1980 in Nakhchivan city. In 1986, she entered the 1st grade of secondary school No. 11 in Nakhchivan city, and in 1994 she graduated from the eighth grade of that school. In 1994, she entered the Baku College Of Pre-School Pedagogy  and graduated from that  college on June 29, 1998. In 1999, she entered Nakhchivan State University, and in 2003, she graduated from that university with an honors degree. From 02.05.2005 to 01.08.2007, she worked as a computer operator at the Institute of Natural Resources, Nakhchivan Division of ANAS. In 2007, she worked as the secretary of the Pedagogical Faculty at Nakhchivan Private University, in 2010, she worked as a chief laboratory assistant at the Department of Foreign Languages, and since January 5, 2012, she has been working as the director of the Design and Polygraphy Center of "Nakhchivan" University. Currently, the department operates as NUH publishing house.
