Binyatov Galandar Nizami oglu was born in 1978 in Nakhchivan. In 1985, he entered the first grade of secondary school number 12 in Nakhchivan, and graduated from that school in 1995. He was called up for military service in 1997. He started his military service in the special purpose division of the military unit No. “N” of the Internal Troops. During his service, he was twice awarded with an honorary decree named after Shah Ismail Khatai for his military service. His military service ended in 1999. In 2002, he entered the foreign language (English) teaching specialty of the Pedagogical Faculty of Nakhchivan Private University, and graduated in 2007. From 2003-2004, he worked as a computer specialist at Nakhchivan Private University. From 2004-2007, he worked as an AUT technician assistant in the “McDermott International, Inc.” company of America. From 2007-2014, he worked as a first-class AUT technician in “Shaw Pipeline Services Inc.” company of Canada. Since 2018, he has been working as a sports director at “Nakhchivan” University.

Binyatov Galandar Nizami oglu has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2002.

Binyatov Galandar Nizami oglu is a second-degree black belt master of sports in karate. He was a participant and winner of a number of national and international competitions. He is the trainer of Nakhchivan Karate Federation since 2017. Since 2020, he has been a national grade judge karate.
