Elmin Huseyn oglu Orujov was born on October 7, 1994 in Nakhchivan, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In 2001-2012, he received his secondary education at school number 15, named after M. Seyidov in Nakhchivan City. In 2012-2016, he received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences Manisa Celal Bayar University, and in 2016-2018, he received a master's degree in Business Administration at the Institute of Social Sciences, Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey. In 2018, he started working at Gamigaya Stone Products LLC as an accountant. In 2020, he worked as an auditor of the financial department of the Gamigaya Holding Union of Companies. On May 24, 2022, he worked as an economist inspector for financial tax at Arkoz Marketing LLC. On September 26, 2022, he worked as an economist inspector for finance and tax at Gamigaya Holding Companies Union, and continued to work as an economist inspector for finance and tax at Naqshijahan Holding on February 01, 2023. Since May 17, 2023, he has been working as an adviser on financial issues to the Rector of "Nakhchivan" University. He is married and has one child.
