Anar Ramazan oglu Abuzarli was born on December 22, 1985 in Julfa district. From 1992-2003, he studied at Julfa district secondary school No.2 From 2003-2007, he studied at the Pedagogical Faculty of “Nakhchivan” University and graduated with an honors  on the speciality of Azerbaijani language and literature. From 2008-2010, he studied Azerbaijani literature at the Master's Department of Nakhchivan State University and graduated with honors.

Since 2011, he has been a PhD student at Sumgayit State University and is conducting research on the topic of “Development of Literary Criticism in Nakhchivan in the 20th Century”. In 2008, he worked as a dispatcher and methodologist at “Nakhchivan” University, and from 2009-2012, he worked as a tutor (academic advisor) and a teacher of the Azerbaijani language and literature chair. Since June 16, 2012, he has been working as the Head of the Teaching Department at “Nakhchivan” University. He is the author of 4 scientific articles and 2 programs. He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.
