Head of the of International relations department Rajab Jafarli  held the training in Foreign Languages faculty and informed  that the main task of the ombudsman is to provide informal and confidential assistance to students. Ombudsman cannot advocate for any individual of the organization, he is merely a supporter of justice. He provides information and guides the parties, helps to find answers to the questions of individuals, and helps the parties to find a solution to the crisis. At  the end of the training, booklets prepared by the Department of International Relations were distributed to students. The booklets reflect the office of the ombudsman, the activities of the apparatus and the rights of the students.
